02Eligibility & Registration

To create a 706pub account and use the platform's betting and gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered 706pub account. If 706pub discovers that a player operates more than one account — regardless of whether different names, emails or payment methods are used — all accounts may be suspended, outstandingets voided, and balances subject to review and potential forfeiture. This includes accounts where the player attempted to access a second account to circumvent bonus restrictions, deposit limits or self-exclusion measures.

03Account Security

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All 706pub deposits and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱, PHP). No other currency is accepted or processed. There is no platform-imposed currency conversion fee on standard transactions.

Deposits

05Betting Rules

Bet Confirmation

Live Betting

It is your responsibility to ensure that your bet is placed at the stated odds before confirming. If the odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified of the new odds and given the option to accept or decline. Bets confirmed during a market suspension window will be voided and the stake returned.

06Market Settlement

706pub settles all sports and esports betting markets according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body organiser for that competition. For PBA markets, the official PBA result is used. For international football, FIFA or the relevant national federation's result applies. For esports, the tournament operator's declared result governs settlement.

Postponed and Abandoned Events

If a sporting or esports event is postponed and subsequently held within48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, 706pub may keep bets active and settle them on the rescheduled result. If the event does not occur within this window, pre-match bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play bets that were confirmed before the interruption may be settled differently depending on the stage at which the interruption occurred — refer to the market-specific rule displayed on the 706pub platform at time of placement.

Disputed Results

If a result is officially reversed, amended or protested after initial settlement, 706pub will re-settle markets according to the final official result where this is declared within a reasonable period. 706pub is not obligated to re-settle markets based on unofficial, media-reported or unconfirmed results.

Obvious Errors

706pub reserves the right to void and re-settle bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including pricing errors, technical glitches displaying obviously incorrect lines or misidentified teams. Where this occurs, affected players will be notified and stakes returned. 706pub will not profit unfairly from manifest errors and will aim to treat affected bets consistently.

07Bonuses & Promotions

09Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms limits706pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by law.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 706pub platform — including but not limited to the brand name706pub, logo, website design, graphical elements, odds data, market structures, text, images and software — is the intellectual property of 706pub or its licensed third-party providers. No part of the 706pub platform may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, scraped or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 706pub.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 706pub platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to collect or compile data, create derivative products, or use 706pub's brand assets in any form of marketing, endorsement or third-party communication.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including disputes about account settlement, withdrawal processing or bet outcomes, shall first be submitted to 706pub's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support@706pub.net with full details of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within a reasonable period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. 706pub is committed to fair and transparent dispute handling for all Philippine players.

14Amendments to These Terms

706pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes affecting bet settlement procedures, bonus structures or account closure rights — 706pub will notify registered players by email and/or by notice displayed within the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
